All memory items are made using items that you provide me with.  Therefore it is not possible to test the items to CE standards and therefore I can not CE approve each individual item.

I use new Ikea INNER cushions for the stuffing of my teddies as these cushions comply with the requirements of the FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS (FIRE) (SAFETY) REGULATIONS 1988.  All filling materials have been tested for compliance with the relevant ignitability requirements.

All items are kept safely in my studio where only I enter and therefore are safe. However, should an incident such as fire, flood, act of god happen or burglary, I can not be held liable for damage to items.

My memory items are made as keepsakes and not toys.  Therefore I recommend that they are displayed rather than played with.  If you wish your child to cuddle a memory teddy at night, please inform me of this prior to making and I will add extra stitching to strengthen the joints for added love!

Timeframes - I usually say 4-6 weeks per item.  However, depending on my order book, I may be able to complete your order faster.  If you have a date you would like me to work to, please do let me know and I can advise on this at point of order.
